Toothbrush with polishing function

Put a little toothpaste on the toothbrush. Place the bristles on the irritated gums and apply gentle pressure in a circular motion for 10 seconds.

Brush the outside and inside of the gums in the direction of the tooth. Finish with the chewing surfaces up to the back of the molars. Gentle to moderate pressure. Brushing time 3 minutes.

Place the brush only on the glaze and make dynamic circular movements. Gentle pressure for 60 seconds
