Cleanse the face and pat it dry.

Apply your favorite serum in advance to help the cryo sticks glide easily over the skin.

Use the cryo sticks from the center of the face outwards for optimal lymphatic drainage.

Start at the top of the forehead with an outward sweeping motion. Go to the eyebrows and work around the eyes and let the ice sticks rest on the eyebrows, eye sockets and cheekbones.

The cooling temperature will refresh the entire face. Work over each cheek, from the center of the face upwards and outwards. Continue working along the jawline and rest the Cryo Ice Sticks on the neck, behind the ears and on the shoulders.
